Are dibi buns safe for kids?+
Yes — recommended for ages 3 and up. They are not edible. Please supervise small children so small parts aren't put in mouths.
How long does shipping take?+
Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Nygade 9, 8850 Bjerringbro, Denmark. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days inside the EU and 5–12 business days worldwide.
What's your return policy?+
If your bun doesn't bring you joy within 30 days, we'll refund you in full. EU customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal — see our Refund Policy.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide from Denmark. Duties and import taxes outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
What materials are dibi buns made of?+
Premium slow-rising polyurethane (PU) foam with a tear-resistant skin and a light food-grade scent. Latex-free.
How do I clean my bun?+
Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak, machine wash, or tumble dry — water shortens the foam's lifespan.
